Why convert
DOC — the old Word format from before 2007. ODT is for documents edited in LibreOffice or OpenOffice.
What changes in the file
Text, tables, images and styles carry over. Formatting that exists in only one program may be simplified. Macros are not carried over.
Which settings to pick
Nothing to set: the content and formatting come from the file.
