Why convert
XLSX — an Excel spreadsheet that Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice open. ODS is for tables kept in LibreOffice Calc.
What changes in the file
Text, tables, images and styles carry over. Formatting that exists in only one program may be simplified. Macros are not carried over.
Which settings to pick
Nothing to set: the content and formatting come from the file.
